For one day only, Bond Street turns into Sagra del Maiale, a day-long festival, where Chef Alex Napolitano and the team will be smoking whole Heritage pigs on the cobblestones, served with seasonal sides. This year, we’re excited to collaborate with guest Chef José Catrimán from La Granja in Ibiza to add a seafood flare to the menu. Come hungry. Come with the whole family.

We’re thrilled to be partnering again with our great friends Dan Colen and Josh Bardfield at Sky High Farm, a non-profit organization committed to research and action at the intersection of climate, agriculture, food access and education. A portion of proceeds will benefit Sky High Farm.
