Chef José Catrimán of Ibiza’s La Granja joins us for a double feature: il Buco’s Pig Roast by day, followed by a five-course dinner at Alimentari by night.

He joins Chef Amelia, bringing the fire to Alimentari classics: Red prawn crudo with tomatillo, chitarra neri all’aragosta, red snapper with escalivada peppers and more. A five-course menu of fire and sea, brought to life by two exceptional chefs together for one night only.

For one day only, Bond Street turns into Sagra del Maiale, a day-long festival, where Chef Alex Napolitano and the team will be smoking whole Heritage pigs on the cobblestones, served with seasonal sides. This year, we’re excited to collaborate with guest Chef José Catrimán from La Granja in Ibiza to add seafood to the menu. Come hungry. Come with the whole family.

We’re thrilled to be partnering with our great friends at Sky High Farm, a non-profit organization committed to research and action at the intersection of climate, agriculture, food access and education. A portion of proceeds will benefit Sky High Farm.
