The precious flower of salt, is formed by small clusters of seafoam which are collected in the corners of the salina, evaporating with the aid of the intense Sicilian sun and northern winds.

Culinary Pairings: Try a whole fish baked under a crust of this moist salt, or add to extra virgin olive oil with ground pepper and chili flakes for a wonderful pinzimonio.

Cerasuola is an extremely fruity, full garden oil with elements of fresh herb, tomato, and artichoke. It can be slightly bitter and pungent with a sweet finish. Full of beta-carotene and unsaturated fatty acid, it is a great anti-oxidant and a natural anti-aging.
